The event consisted of nine matches. One of which took place on the event’s pre-show.
- Humberto Carrillo won a battle royal on the Kick Off. The prize was a United States Championship match against AJ Styles later in the event
- Brock Lesnar retained the WWE Championship with a submission victory over Cain Velasquez
- The O.C. (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) won a tag team turmoil match to win the WWE Tag Team World Cup
- Mansoor beat Cesaro
- Tyson Fury scored a countout win over Braun Strowman
- United States Champion, AJ Styles, retained his title with a win over Humberto Carrillo
- Natalya submitted Lacey Evans in the first women’s wrestling match to take place in Saudi Arabia
- Team Hogan (Roman Reigns, Rusev, Ricochet, Shorty G and Ali) beat Team Flair (Randy Orton, King Corbin, Bobby Lashley, Shinsuke Nakamura and Drew McIntyre) in a 5-on-5 tag team match
- Bray Wyatt won the Universal Championship from Seth Rollins in the main event
